 How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping 9.9 USD

 

For Canada：

  • Free Shipping On All Orders. 

For United States：

  • Free Shipping On All Orders over 120 USD 

For International: 

  • Free Shipping On All Orders over 120 USD

 

 

Duties and Tax: 

 All orders are Free of Tax and duties

 

How long will it take to get my order?

  • For all  items, generally, it will take 1-3 days for us to process your order.
  • After we processed the order, then for Standard shipping orders will take around 3-15  working  days to arrive.
  • For Pre-Order items, generally, it will take around 30 days (A specific time would be mentioned on the product page) for us to restock IT, and then process it in 1-2 days when it is restocked.

 

 Wrong Address Disclaimer 

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

  • Please note that correcting and reshipping an order may take 4–6 weeks, as we must wait for the original package to be returned before sending it again.

 Courier Communication
In case the shipping company attempts to contact the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to respond in a timely manner.

7-Day Response Window
If the shipping company is unable to reach the customer and no reply is received within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and discarded by the courier. In such cases, no refund or replacement can be issued.
