How long will it take to get my order?
- For all items, generally, it will take 1-3 days for us to process your order.
- After we processed the order, then for Standard shipping orders will take around 3-15 working days to arrive.
- For Pre-Order items, generally, it will take around 30 days (A specific time would be mentioned on the product page) for us to restock IT, and then process it in 1-2 days when it is restocked.

Orders shipped to Bahrain and Kuwait may experience additional delivery delays due to the limited availability of direct flights.
Shipments may pass through multiple international transit points before reaching Bahrain or Kuwait.

Courier Communication
In case the shipping company attempts to contact the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to respond in a timely manner.
7-Day Response Window
If the shipping company is unable to reach the customer and no reply is received within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and discarded by the courier. In such cases, no refund or replacement can be issued.
